I think I've read several posts that say that you can take these two together. However, I don't think you are supposed to take Chronium with Vitex.

Maybe some of the veterans will come and give us some more info.

I have also read they they can both be taken together.

On the Angus Castus/Vitex bottle I have it states that I should take 2 capsules twice a day preferably with meals... and to swallow with water... and not to exceed stated dose. Each capsule is 400mg.

I have read on the Vitex thread that some cysters take 400mg twice a day... They also stated that it takes a good 3 months to see any benefit.

I hope it works aswell. Still battling to get my metformin re-prescribed by my new dr. He said i didn't need it. MEN!!!
