Default Methods to regulate cycles??

Hi ladies! I've done four cycles of clomid and ovulated 3/4 however no bfp. Dh and I are ttc with pcos, one fallopian tube, AND male factor! We are likely going to need IVF to help us conceive. I don't want to take bcp's to stay regular as it's the only thing other than clomid that works for me! I want to be able to continue ttc while we figure out what we're going to do. I live in Canada and can't get progesterone cream although I'm sure I could order some online. What would be the best way to keep my cycles regular?? I am currently taking 2000mg Metformin, blood pressure meds, Prenatal Vitamins, and Omega3's. I would LOVE some suggestions! TIA.

My AF started coming regular when I started candida/yeast control.
I had 35-40 day cycles, and the next cycle after starting candida control, AF came on CD28. I did this 3 seperate times, with different things each time, and all 3 times I had the same result. The only thing that those things I took had in common was the ability to kill yeast.
This last time, I have continued to do candida control, and AF has continued to come on CD27-CD29, EVERY month since Feb 06.

I am not sure if this will work for EVERYONE, but it sure worked for me.

Mommy1,

When I was going the firm nature girl route I took Dong Quai (Angelica Sinensis) - the tincture and not the pills - and it worked wonders to regulate my cycles. It may be worthwhile asking your doc if it's ok to take? The only thing is - you take it only in the first half of your cycle if you're ttc, so you have to keep track of everything, which you're probably doing anyway.

I quit taking any and all herbal preparations after a (unexplained as yet) spectacular case of hives last X-mas morning. The ER physician said that I may have developed a sudden allergy.

But, Dong Quai worked quite well for me when I was on it. I've tried Vitex (Chasteberry) as well, but that didn't do much for me at all.

Good luck!
