Hi Girls!

I stumbled upon a site where you can order drugs without a prescription from Mexico. Has anyone done this? I don't have health insurance right now and it is very tempting. I've taken many cycles of clomid and just don't believe it will work for me. I ovulated but no pregnancies.
This site has pergonal. My husband says no way am I using that without a prescription. I thought maybe if someone else here has gotten drugs off the net without a prescription, I could talk him into it.
Any information would be very helpful...Thanks!

Although it maybe cheaper to obtain drugs off a Mexican website it does not mean in any way it's a good idea.
You also don't know the legitimacy of this site so you may pay for the meds and yet never receive them. Women with PCOS can respond to drugs differently so even though one women may require very little another may require alot. For you to start using pergonal unmonitored is a disaster waiting to happen. You say you can't afford to buy the meds in the U.S. but can you afford hospital visits when you are suffering from OHSS or from other possible complications from obtaining these drugs illegally?
There are many ways financially to receive help with ttc in the U.S. & Canada why not contact local RE's about left over/returned medications?
Obtaining these drugs over this site is just a bad idea.

Hi, New here - a friend from another board (completely unrelated to PCOS) sent me this way, and I know I'll be so happy here!

I saw your post and needed to register to respond.

Personally, I'd NEVER order Mexican drugs over the internet - you just never know where they came from or how they had been stored (temperature in the storage facility can affect how well the drugs work - a lot of drugs, if not stored properly, can lose their potency).

That said though, I have no problem going to Mexico to buy my drugs (we live 5 minutes from the border) Actually, my O.B. told me to buy my Clomid in Mexico since our insurance doesn't cover it. He told me what name it was and everything. It's very common to do that here. However, I took this under my doctor's supervision, so it wasn't like I was self medicating.
