Default Michael Baisden Radio Show

I don't know how many people are familiar with The Michael Baisden Show, but I listen faithfully. Today the show is entitled "Your Body is Your Temple". They haven't specifically mentioned PCOS yet, but there are two doctors on the show talking about how the different food we eat contribute to the health issues we have today. One doctor mentioned how chicken especially has an over abundance of estrogen and when we consume it, all the extra estrogen is stored in our bodies until we have a bowel movement. But b/c this estrogen is artificial, it doesn't function like natural estrogen inside the body. He also stated that to counter act the additional estrogen, our bodies are producing more testerone. It's a very interesting show. I'm trying to get through to address the issue of PCOS, but the line is busy. If anyone is interested, the show can be heard online at www.michaelbaisden.com.
