I might be moving to Ottawa in the near future. What are some good suburbs to live in? Thanks in advance!

I would suggest Barrhaven or Riverside Suth as a suburb. There is also Kanata and Orleans (far west/east of Ottawa) but I find Barrhaven and Riverside South much more central when it comes suburbs. I'm not sure of your plans for transportation so that is a bit of a consideration as well. If your planning on public transport Riverside South isn't as good of an option. There are also some cute neighbourhoods more central in Ottawa although obviously you are paying more for a smaller place.

i live in bayshore right now like half a block from the mall i like it its safe but there are some area's in bayshore i wouldnt wana walk alone in lol but thats just me lol i would stay away from the vanier area though from what iv been told its not very safe lol

You can live in Gatineau/Hull area and its cheaper - I live there. I lived in the South Keys area for almost 2 years and so many gang problems. I work in Bell's Corner's close to Kanata and pretty safe.
