Default Mild cramps from ovulation until AF arrives...

I have been experiencing this for over a year now. I have mentioned it to my doctor, but no one seems to know what it is. I will ovulate, and then about 3-4DPO I start having mild AF cramps. It is like I already know I am not pregnant. The only time I have not had this was when I was pregnant last year. Anyone else experience this? It is very depressing, because within a few days of O, I already know I am not pregnant.

Anyone?

I see in your siggy your Endometriosis - do you think it could be that? Mine will cause pain around ovulation & my period. The longer I am off of any treatment, it gets worse and lasts longer through the month.

Just a thought?

I have no idea. When I had my lap, they found mild endo, but the doctor said it wasn't enough to cause infertility, etc. I don't know, anyone else?

I was wondering if maybe that is the cause of your pain.

I've also been doing some reading on endometriosis & infertility as endo is not the "cause" of my inability, but I've read that women with endometriosis may suffer from a chemical in the uterus that prevents implantation or causes a miscarriage soon after implantation. I haven't read anything in like a month, so I can't remember the details.

I wish there was more information about this stuff.

Hope you get some answers soon

Oh, I did find this in a quick look: http://womenshealth.about.com/cs/end...atdiagsu_3.htm

If you google that stuff you can find information and research studies that gets into the details.

I also get mild cramps starting 3-4 dpo. They do come and go though. Some days I'll have none and other days they are back. Not sure why, but I've never really thought too much about it. I'd love to hear if anyone else has info on the topic too.

I too have cramping throught the whole month and I have regular periods. I think mine is from the endometriosis that I have.. Mine usually starts about mid cycle, so i guess around the time of ovulation.
