I tried it my last cycle. I was getting pretty desperate at the time and I think I read something on the board (somewhere) about 3 TB of cinnamon in a warm mug of milk.
That much cinnamon, even with a bit of honey added, is fairly unpalatable. And I *love* cinnamon!
The first night I think I ended up consuming about 2 TB, and the second night I had about 2 TB again, or a little less. I didn't have it the third night because I definitely felt AF coming on and felt I didn't need it.
So, in my limited experience, it works. I'll probably try it this cycle if I'm too late again.
I'd recommend no more than 1 TB in warm milk with teaspoon of honey at a time, for the taste factor.
