Dr. Tara Rakowski is my wonderful OB/GYN Family Practitioner. I think she's wonderful. She is quick but thorough. I've been seeing her for 6+ years and after I went off BCP, my first appt is when she diagnosed me! (I dont have the classic symptoms of weight gain or hair issues.)
She's great and doing all sorts of proactive things in the event I need to see the fertility specialist.

Dx: Feb 05, thincyster (5'8", 138 lbs prepregancy; 143 lbs post-preg)
Treatment: regular exercise and limiting carbs; prenatal vit, zinc CD1-14; CoQ10, B-Complex w/ B-12, vit C and sometimes fish oil.
Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Berry) starting 01/03/2006.
Metformin 1500 mg daily as of March 2006.
