I was wondering if you had ever heard of this?? I read an article in People about this foundation.

Part of it is they fight in the legislation to be able to have BIRTH certificates for babies born too early--I believe at 20 weeks and up. I think 14 states have enacted legislation whereby you can receive a BIRTH certificate as well as a death certificate for baby.
I thought it was a good article and an wonderful concept.
