I found out I was pregnant in April and I was around 4 weeks. Went back on May 22nd to find out my due date. My fetus only measured at 5w6d and my hormone levels were dropping. Had a d & c the next following the fact there was no heart beat. She said I was safe to try again once I had my first period. I have been cramping and my breasts every once in a while are sore for the past week. My Fiancee keeps saying im Pregnant. Took a hpt and it was neg. Just scared and nervous... Really don't know what to think to be honest. Scared to try again and not get pregnant. I think everyone whose gone through these feelings.

Asher- I am so sorry for your loss. I also had a D&C on May 23rd. I think it is OK to ttc agaia after AF shows. My body has been a little off since the D&C and I have yet to get AF so it is perfectly normal for things to be a little out of wack for a while. As for being scared... That is normal also. If I didn't keep trying after my m/c's I wouldn'e have my DS. So as another cyster said on the boards " my desire to be a mother is stronger then my fear of another misscarriage" and that about sums it up for me. I hope you find strenght during this difficult time, (((HUGS)))

I was so scared of trying again, getting ready to do it, and even still now I am scared. It's normal to be afraid, take your time. Don't start trying again until you feel emotionally ready. (*hugs*)

I am sorry for you loss. It is difficult to TTC again until you have fully healed - emotionally.

Im sorry to hear about ur loss.Its totally normal how you feel. I lost my baby boy in April at 17 weeks. I was scared to try again in case i lost another baby and had to go through labour again. That was terrible going to hospital being induced then giving birth and theres no baby crying the room was jus silent. But we decided last month to try again it is disappointing when ur period comes but im not gonna give up. Good luck Asherlexie. xxx | |

Asherlexie  so sorry for your loss... It's been 3 1/2 mos since my loss and am now emotionally & physically ready for IVF #3. Everyone heals emotionally & physically different. You will know when you are ready...
I am still scared of TTC again...I might not ever stop feeling this way till I have my baby in my arms. Anita
