Unhappy Missed my period on Vitex

First time ever in six months, I missed my period on Vitex. I'm worried to death. I know I'm not PG.

Has this happened to anybody else? I take 1600 mgs a day.

Even with vitex I can still miss a cycle if I've done something to set my cycles off. Usually with me it's stress or eating really badly or something that'll set it off. Has that happened to you?

Yes, it's a little bit of both. I suppose I need to get a handle on both the stress and the holiday eating. I didn't realize the impact these things had on my health.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm only just starting to realise just how much of an effect it can have for me. I appear to be extremely sensitive to small changes in lifestyle affecting my cycle.
