sort of I have had a similar experience, when I lost about 20 lbs, was exercising and doing the right stuff and my periods stopped for about 4 months. I've read that if you miss 3 or 4 in a row you should see a doctor, so that's what I did. My hormones are out of whack, the progesterone is too high, which stopped my periods. Maybe with diet & exercise it takes time for your body to adjust to things. I don't know.
