Hi ladies! So, I have gotten really creative lately trying to find sweet things I can eat and not feel guilty about. This snack I just put together today (LUVED it!) doesn't make me feel like I have sabotaged my "eating right" lifestyle! Plus it is sooo hot needed something to cool me down! Let me know what you think of it!

Pour 3/4 cup of fat free chocolate milk made with splenda into glass. Put in freezer until just slightly frozen (varies by freezer temp. mine took about 1 hr.). Put 2 tablespoons of frozen fat free cool whip into milk and mix up. Should be kind of like a smoothie with ice consistency. Low cal and IR balanced!
