Mom who also has Endo

Hi ladies,
Well I also have endometriosis, I was diagnosed back in 2001, had been having a LOT of pain up until then, nothing was actually found and then in 03 I had surgery and they found some, Its now coming back again... . Im a mom to 2 babes 3 and 18mths, we are finished having children (thankfully!) so Im dealing with day to day life, Hypothyroidism, Endometriosis, PCOS and also Cysts ON my ovaries.

I just started a new vitamin regime today... hoping that it helps.
Since I take my Eltroxin in the morning, I cannot take any vitamins until noon-lunch time...

Multi-vitamin, B Complex, Vitamin D, Omega 3 (2 tabs at lunch 1 at supper/bedtime), Chromium, Magnesium (1 lunch, 1 at supper/bedtime).

I was also prescribed Iron because it was so low after having DD so I take that at supper/bedtime as well.

Im thinking more positive today and hoping this WILL help me more!

I am currently having reflexology and homeopathy which seems to be helping my endo symptoms, and hopefully reducing the growths.

Have you considered the Mirena IUS? Many women find it helps with pain etc.

Hmm I didnt realize that would help... Im going to see a new Gynecologist hopefully soon. So i"ll keep that in mind!
