This Cycle: 10/9/09 - 100mg Clomid CD 3-7 - First IUI - BFP!!!!!!!!
3rd time was the charm for us (with 200 mg Clomid.) We were going to move on to injectables next, so we were shocked that the 3rd time worked!

With our first set of twins we were blessed after our first IUI/injectable cycle. This time we had two IUI/inhectable cycles and turned to IVF since I'm 32...our first IVF cycle worked and we are having twins again in March. Good luck!!!

We got our BFP with our second IUI after 17 cycles of TTC. Our first IUI was not timed properly (IUI done only 6 hours after Trigger shot) so I'm convinced that's why it didn't work. Good luck!!
BTW - I like to look at the following message thread - it has a survey on IUIs, when the person got their BFP, etc...and it has like 20 pages of survey results:

i got mine on our second IUI with injectables after 6 months of clomid/TBD our first round of inj was a learning cycle i only had one egg and DH sample was only 2.9 million, this cycle we had 4 follies and 36 million spermies

It got lucky and my first IUI worked. It was my third cycle total (we did several cycle the year before but didn't have to take the IUI route.) My RE said on paper I should have been pregnant already. I say hubby just needed a Nitrous boost!!!!

1st cycle here! No sperm count issues, I Just wanted to be more aggressive because we had been TTC for a year and a hald and 7 rounds of Clomid didn't work and 2 rounds of follistim and timed intercourse didn't work, so we did injectables and IUI and it worked! I had two follicles that ovulated. One was fertilized! Good luck to you!

I got my BFP on my fifth IUI. I did one with clomid, one with femara and bravelle, one with femara and follistim, and then two with follistim only. The last one finally worked.
