Default MOOD isssues, PCOS or no?

Has anyone has anxiety, mood swings, irritability, etc. with this? I saw some ladies say they do, but I'm not sure if this is hormone related or no, it feels like it. I also saw some of us have nightmares (me too) and was wondering if the hormonal moodiness is normal. And if so, does the metformin help that? Or has anyone else found another good solution?

Met did have a postive impact on my moods especially those during AF/PMS. PCOS affects the hormones and that can affect moods, so yes, there is the connection for many of us. Higher testosterone can lead to more agressive behaviour, etc. More estrogen I think causes weepyness (not postive on that one).
