I have really been an emotional basketcase the past few weeks. I have been showing every sign of anxiety and feeling rather depressed. A few times this month I have missed a pill thus having to take two the following day. Could the mood swings be related to the BCP's? I know that they are hormones and that hormones can make yo do the wacky, so I was just wondering.

When I took BCP's (it was only for a short time as they gave me stroke-like symptoms) and when I take Provera, I am a TOTAL basketcase!! I am depressed, anxious, and have the desire to be violent.

BCP's can make some people nuts.
