Question Mood Swings

Do any of you go through terrible mood swings, where you know it's coming but can do nothing to stop it? Are they better after taking metformin or not? HELP!

Oh my gosh, several months ago I had mood swings bad. Suprised my husband is still with me...
The end of August I went to the doctor and got back on Metformin. I've only been on it almost 2 months. And man, I feel so much better!!!...My hormones don't feel like an uncontrollable rollarcoaster inside of me. I'm calmer, more relaxed, less emotional. I see the glass half full instead of half empty. But I also started back on a multi-vitamin, B-complex, flaxseed oil, and changed my eating habit. And I honestly believe that in it self has helped tremendously(sp).
I never thought I would be able to feel "normal" again. But actually I do...LOL....
I think it is a combination of the Met, eating habits, and vitamins that have helped me.

I agree with Erika - I feel much better after being on Met. although I have only been on them a month, this is the first difference that I can see. Even this guy I work with said that I seem better. The little things don't set me off like they used to. Don't get me wrong, I still get upset, but not to the degree that it was occurring.
It might also be a bit mental because this is the first thing that I have done to actually take a step in managing my PCOS.

Hope this Helps!!
