Has anyone gotten really bad mood swings with MET? I have been getting them for 3 days now and I am so tired of it. I am either crying or SCREAMING. What can I do? Hope it is not just me.

I don't think it's just you. The other night I took Met for the first time and all of a sudden I got really mad that my DH wasn't helping me around the house or to motivate my DD to clean her room. It wasn't pretty... I haven't really gotten it since. It almost seemed like maybe I needed to sit down and eat something. Maybe I was having a touch of hypoglycemia. At least thats what I'm assuming. Your not alone! I hope they get better! I know they can be quite uncontrollable.

I am wondering if it has something to do with met and Oing. Looks like you are one day ahead of me in the DPO. I think maybe it is the hormones that come with O that are making me this way. I am a little better today and I dont have any signs of AF. I had been cramping for about 4 days. Maybe it is PMS.

Heady, I've been cramping a lot too. Which of course, last month I thought was a good sign of pg, but sadly it wasn't to be. This month our timing was WAY off, so definitely not pg. Hope your cramping is a good sign!

Is it possible your period is coming? I get very weepy and more aggresive when I'm pre menstrual.
It's been one fo the side effects of normal hormones..I get PMS like normal women! What a revelation when you're 30. LOL
