Hi

I feel up and down all the time at the moment, only about a month now and its affecting my everyday activities. I hate it so much. Is it because of the hormonal changes and i started met 3 months ago so has that something to do with it because i never had it like this before.

i could scream.

It is very possible it is your body adjusting to the met and how it is chemically affecting your body and your hormones.
Mention it to your doctor, but don't get too concerned unless you go through deep ups and downs. There are plenty of meds that can help with the mild mood swings, until your body adjusts.
