Its strange but often the minute I open my eyes in the morning I know that I'm going to have an awful mood throughout. I feel gross and don't really feel like talking to anyone , which is unusual because the rest of the time I'm the most talkative person in the world.
I try to avoid people, not get into any major discussions or such. I also like to go out and just walk around , get some fresh air. There are times when taking a really hot shower works. Mostly, I pray for the day to get over so that maybe the next one will be better.

Mood swings are a part of PCOS? Well that's a relief! I always just thought I was a brat...
