Default Moon cycles

Ok I was wondering if anyone ever tracked their daily emotional and mental health....I have been thinking about it and I've noticed it seems to come around the same time...full and new moons. Not always, but for example, I flipped the hell out yesterday at the full moon. DBF and i got in a very very small tiff before I left for work and I was so lonely and depressed i couldn't stop crying at work ((which I HATE doing)) and I honestly felt like I'd rather die that face the rest of the day alone at work. but after finally just locking myself in the bathroom and venting some of my surplus emotions, I felt great. Today I'm in a great mood, and even irate patients aren't bothering me.

i was on effexor for a while, but it screwed me up worse, and I'm yet to get on a different anti-depressant(simply because my doctor is out of the country for the month).

Anyone else noticed specific moon phases during the worst or best of times?

Hmm I've never noticed before..but that's very interesting.

I've actually just started keeping notes of my moods/feelings each day...I think I'll take compare that to the moon phase now just to see!

Well for the first time in my life my periods are influencing my moods and it is so unbelievably strong I just can't understand what has changed in my body. I have never before been able to tell when my period is due but for the last few months I know becasue I am crying for 2 days beforehand and have HUGE body loathings, like I want to cut my flesh off!
I have known a lot of people who worked as carers and children home support workers and they all experienced huge household disturbances around full moons. Some of them would not take full moon shifts if they could be avoided.
