We are a thread of women who have lost our Precious Babies for one reason or another....we all come here to support each other and lend an ear when needed. Some of our beautiful women come to update us on their TTC activities and some of us are on TTC Break, but all of us are trying to deal with the losses of our Angels! ALL ARE WELCOME!!

Melanie Grace joined our family 1/12/07 - 7 lbs 4ozs. She left our lives way too soon on 1/28/2008 due to mitochondrial disease. She will forever be in our hearts and will never be forgotten. We love you and miss you dearly.....
Kathleen - I am very sorry for the loss of both your little angels. I understand the frustration you feel regarding your unfortunate luck as I lost my baby after having the rotovirus (or so they think that is what I had, anyway). Please know that we are here for you and I wish you the strength you need to get through your pain and I hope you find peace soon.
Samantha - I wish you luck tomorrow - grow, follies, grow!!
AFM - I am feeling a bit more optomistic as my tests have gotten darker each day. I have my first beta on Wednesday...the waiting is killing me.
On the frustrating side this week, I found out that I will not be able to take the teaching job I was offered because I was working at my current job while on my leave-of-absence from teaching. Apparently it is against the contract. I really didn't know and have always known others to work while on leave and the lady I spoke to in HR when I took the leave said it was okay. I was told that I could be rehired, but that I lose any preferential placement status, therefore I can't be hired until all teachers who were "laid-off" were placed into current open slots, including the one I was to have. Also, I lose my tenure until I am employed again for one year and one day. At least my current boss allowed me to recind my resignation and I still have a job, otherwise I'd be in total panic mode right now. I'm trying to look on the bright side and am hoping that God just has a different agenda for me right now. : )

My name is Heather and I just lost my baby boy at 16w 4d on Fathers Day. He was 5oz and 7in long, so tiny but so perfect. We had a small service for him this past Tuesday and it was really nice and I somewhat feel at peace with the whole situation but still miss him dearly everyday.

Well ladies my beta hasn't moved, it actually went down 1.38 points. So I am going to m/c. I'm fine just going to stop my progesterone and see my dr tomorrow.
