We are a thread of women who have lost our Precious Babies for one reason or another....we all come here to support each other and lend an ear when needed. Some of our beautiful women come to update us on their TTC activities and some of us are on TTC Break, but all of us are trying to deal with the losses of our Angels! ALL ARE WELCOME!!

Hi ladies. I'd love to join in. Last Thursday I found out I had my second miscarriage at 9 weeks. It has been a rough weekend physically and emotionally. Now I'm on a journey to try and find some answers as to why this keeps happening.
Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome Melissa, I am so sorry about your loss of your lil one. Hopefully you can find something out on why you keep losing your little angels. Habe you had any testing done?

Hi Adrianne. thanks for the welcome. I haven't had any testing done but am planning to see a hematologist that specializes in recurring m/cs so I'm sure he'll test for clotting, autoimmune and thyroid disorders. I also want to get a hysteroscopy. Want to get every test I possibly can. Anything else I'm missing? My RE says it's likely they'll all come back normal. He says it could possibly be the embryo quality and the only way to control that would be to do IVF. I'm just afraid of going through the expense (emotionally and financially) of IVF only to miscarry again.

I'm here just swamped with school and leaving for a vacation in 2wks. Thanks for all the congrats!
Sassy, oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your little one! How did I miss that on the other thread?! I hope that you are able to get some answers. ((HUGS)) and healing to you!
Adrianne, thanks for the new thread and wishing you much success in this ttc cycle!
melissa...welcome. You will find a great group of ladies here on this thread. I think you are headed in the right direction with the testing. I've had a hysterocopy also. I didn't think it was uncomfortable or anything like that. I had a polyp removed in Dec. I pray that you find some answers. Keep asking until you are satisfied.
niki...How did I miss the announcement? CONGRATULATIONS! That is awesome! Are you all just excited beyond words?
adrianne..thanks for the new thread!
AFM..I have 4 classes till spring break! YES! I'm headed to the hairdresser I used 5+ years ago...doesn't sound like much but believe me...I need to see him! How is everyone else doing?
Adrianne thanks for the new thread and good luck!!!
Melissa- I'm so sorry for your loss, I hope you find some answers. I know how frustrating it is to not know why.
Niki- I have my fingers crossed for you!
Felicia- I know what you mean about the hairdresser, I'm going next week to get a cut... I've been doing my own for almost 15 years lol. It was a huge disaster so I'm really nervous. What are you having done?
AFM- We had our 24 wk scan and all is well. The tech said it looked like the placenta moved, but ultimately that is up to the radiologist to decide.. her heart is fine, she is measuring a week and a half ahead weighing 1 lb 11 oz and my cervix is 6.05. I guess I can breath easy for a while longer lol. Blood pressure is averaging 98/72 so I guess for the first time a pregnancy is moving along normally, who would have guessed. DH is getting a vasectomy this month, and even though he wants to get it done he's being a big baby about it... Men. 4 more weeks and we are off for vacation, I can hardly wait! Hope you all have a lovely week!

Niki glad to see everything is progressing nicely with K, I hope you have a great holiday
Felicia I managed to get mine coloured, but no time for a cut
Montanamama glad to hear everything is going well with you and baby.
AFM I have an induction date set for 11th March, I'll be 38 weeks, I certainly never expected to get this far but all is going well. My OB was so sweet this morning, he was there when we had the twins and wants to deliver this little man, he says he knows just how special he is to us

I'm here--kind of. I'm tired. I'm still trying to figure out how somebody who is this tired can still function HOWEVER this is how I felt when I was newly pregnant with Aric but it dont think that is it--who knows. Stranger things have happened with this body.

Hi, I'm here. Things are getting a little easier day by day, but it can still hit me like a brick and bring me to tears over the littlest things... I am off to see my regular dr today to check my blood pressure and go over a few things - I don't think she knows I m/c yet, so that will not be fun having to go over the details...
Meliss - welcome, i'm glad you found this thread. i hope the tests give you some answers to the horrible mystery that seems to go with m/c - I think if i could find some answers to my questions, I would be a little more at peace with it, but I keep questioning myself and my actions, was it this thing I did, or that thing, or should I have been doing this or that?? Unfortunately, I don't think I will ever get any answers, as they don't really go through hormone tests/bloodwork etc after m/c here in Oz it seems, or so far they haven't offered to do anything like that. I hope they do find the cause for you so it can be prevented next time. Hugs xx.
Hi lisch!! Wow, can't believe you are almost 19 wks now!! Good luck with the next u/s!!
Hello to everyone else, i am not real good on personals yet, trying to get acquainted with everyone!
