More confused and frustrated

First, I'm being referred to an RE because my OB can't do anything more for me. They won't even consider trying Clomid without the w/d bleed. So, off to a specialist I go.

Second, she gave me a copy of my labs. I'd love to scan them for anyone that can actually make sense of them. I read the things Kat posted, but I'm even more confused because, well, to me it doesn't match up. Here they are:

Dihydrotestosterone: 7
DEHA, unconjuagated: 151
FSH: 5.3
LH: 12.2
Prolactin: 7.0
TSH, 3rd generation: 0.79
Estradiol: 102
Testosterone, free and total, LC/MS/MS
testosterone, Total: 17
testosterone, Free percent: 1.99
Free testosterone: 3.4

ETA: this is approximately 4 MONTHS after my last cycle, and 16 days after any type of spotting.

Help PLEASE?

Supposedly not possible for cysts to leave scar tissue on the exterior of ovaries. Also, she did not recommend dh going for SA because it's pointless at this point since she believes it's me.

I cried all the way home......this really sucks. my favorite part? her telling me that 35 isn't too old to have a baby. Yeah, like I don't know that. But considering I have a special needs child already and I would kind of like to have a shot at grandchildren and being able to see them.........35 is fast approaching and it was an age that dh and I agreed on a long time ago that we wouldn't try anymore after.
