Default More on Phytoestrogen

Okay gals..if our hormones are on tilt and our bodies are not functioning like they are supose to and we see such things as not passing an egg, no aunt flow visits and the list reads on then its safe to assume our hormones are out of wack. Many like myself suffer from hair loss and this is directly related to levels of the male hormone being dominate. (even when tests dont show it) Dominating male hormones promote hair loss in what we call "male pattern balding" or the tech term is Androgenic Alopecia no matter how you say it..its ugly and its heartbreaking. So why would it not be simple enough to readjust our estrogen levels back to normal so to combat the raging male ones. Would this not reverse the symptoms we suffer from in theroy. So if you like me are not too keen on jumping into a HRT program for you're too young yet then why not something more natural like soy isoflavones?. Ive begun studing as much as I can find on the topic and even visited the Estroven web site. Im impressed with my findings and think it sounds solid. Its said to take up to 4-6 months before results begin. Add to that supplements that promote better hair condition like Biotin and a natural DHT blocker Saw Palmetto berry seems like a good start. Has anyone tried this method with success?. Well gals Im going to give it a whirl for time is one thing I have a plenty. I will keep you updated on any results as I go along.

Many women with PCOS are estrogen dominant, however. I think this needs to be addressed before introducing more estrogen into the mix.

("Estrogen dominant" is another term for "low progesterone")
