I took 80 mg of soy and I didn't ovulate any earlier than I do on my own. Should I try 120 mg to see if I ovulate earlier or would it make me ovulate even later?

How do you track your ovulation? When do you normally ovulate? And what cd do you take the soy?

I track my ovulation through BBT, I didn't temp every day last month but had the temp increase to the usual post-O range. I normally ovulate CD 23-25 with a 13 day luteal phase. Last month was my first month trying soy, so I tried 80 mg on CD 3-7.

You could definitely try 120mg. It might very well make you ovulate a little earlier. It's hard to really know for sure without trying it.
