 more on wild yam root
Does anyone know if you are having regular periods but also have hirsuitisim, if you should be taking wild yam root capsules for the whole month or 21 days or just 2 weeks per month. i use wild yam creme for 2 weeks a month, but now have started the wild yam root capsules as well...but am confused abut the number of days i have to take it. thanks, rajouu |
