I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16 (I'm now 18) but before I was on medication I found it so much more easier to diet and motivate myself to exercise. I managed to loose around 20lbs+. Two years later I've put the weight back on and I just can't seem to motivate myself to exercise/diet >_<
Anyone else have this problem/Have any tips?
It's totally bugging me that I know I can do it but I just can't!
