You relpied to a thread of mine ref: chrominum picolinate. You stated that you take 2 500mcg. per day. I was wondering if that is a safe amount.
I am intrigued by the fact that it took away all your sugar/carb cravings - which is what I am longing for.
I have also been reading about people that are taking CLA. Do you know anything about this??
Would love to hear more about your experience with CP - how long you have been on it, etc.
