Default Muliti-vitamin?

I'm thinking about taking a muti-vitamin, I've never took any before but I've been told I should...well everyone should I guess I'm currently taking fish oil capsules. But I want to take a muti-vitamin.Does anyone have a suggestion of a good M-V to take? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Although I now use a vegan one, I think Women's One Day is a good, well balanced multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, not to mention affordable, and took it for quite some time

I liked Women's One A Day as well. It didn't cause any issues or side effects for me. I actually bought the generic Target version and it worked just fine.
