Default Multi Vitamins questions?

Ok...... I have PCOS/IR, and now DX'd with hashimoto. I take 2000 mgs of met a day , and also 50mcg of syntroid a day, I also take the Womens one a day Mutli Vit.

I read some threads on here that talk about B12.. Is this essential for PCOS? I just wanna make sure I am doing everything POSSIBLE too help too begin too heal myself. I am going tonight too get a good IR Diet book, and cook book. I am slo wanting a VERY, VERY good Multi Vit, or any other essential Vits i might need too help me.

Can anyone recommend a good one for me? Or let me know what I should look for?

i would really appreciate it

I just reacently went to GNC and the lady there was up to speed on everything I asked about, she recommended Women's Ultra Mega Bone Density multi vitamin they are about $20 for a bottle that lasts a month I bought them because of what she said and because of what I ahve read on here from others about what we are suppose to have in a good multi vita Good Luck

I use a Pre-Natal multi-vitamin, since they have higher doses of the vitamins and minerals. They're not just for pregnant women or women ttc. In fact, my sister's doctor recommended that she take them and she is NOT ttc. The one I buy is from Walmart, and it's like $6, I think. Also, sometimes they have "Buy 1 - Get 1 Free". I also take an extra B12 supplement each day. Metformin can block the absorption of B12 and cause problems like hair loss.

Cool Multi Vitamin

Is there a "best time of day" to take a multi-vitamin, morning? bedtime?
