Default Multicystic ovaries vs polycystic ovaries....any ideas?

I was dx'd with PCOS about 10 years ago. My new endo suspects that this may been wrong, new gyno thinks it wass right, and both ignore testing results provided to them. It's a mess (lol).

A CT showed a ovarian cyst. They sent me for a transvag, which came back as saying "bilaterial multicystic ovaries", no mention of the right ovarie cyst. Last ab. ultrasound sound "follicular cysts not suggestive of polycystic ovaries". Does anyone know what the difference between multicystic and polycystic is? -or- have any idea what is going on?

If it makes a difference:
Lower ab. bloat/discomfort
Thin (124 lbs)
No periods (had a few from ages 15-16)
17-OH high, andro high
