I have been reading lately that PCOS is linked to multiple m/c (3 or more). Does anyone know the link between multiple m/c and PCOS? I post on ivillage ttyfc too and it seems lately a lot of the girls on clomid who have conceived have had a m/c. I wonder if the m/c is linked to the taking of clomid or pcos. Some of the girls have pcos and are taking clmoid and some dont have pcos and take clomid for late o or other such o problems. Does anyone know if thin cysters are just as likely or more likely to possibly m/c b/c of pcos as our counterpart pcos cysters?

I took clomid and had a successful, uneventful pregnancy, so it all turned out fine for me (knock on wood).

Not a thin cyster, but never was on Clomid either-- I've had 5 M/C. Partly due to IR, partially because of thyroid. Metformin has been known to help bring down the 50/50 risk of loosing the baby down to that of a non-pcos woman.
