Bundleofjoy yes you can take juz 21, it's not taken yet.
Wantababy, I am not an expert in any way, but your beta seems very good for 16dpo. You don't even know when you ovulated, so try not to read too much into this stuff, but still maybe it helps: http://www.americanpregnancy.org/dur...hcglevels.html
Saalam!
Not to take away from the excitement but I have a question I posted in the general forum. The sisters who use NPC might be able to help me.
I have a quick question. This is my first cycle using NPC to induce a period. I am on day 9 using 20 mg a day of the cream. When should I 'typically' expect a period, as I know all women are different? When should I stop using the cream? I know its the progesterone withdrawal that starts the period. I was going to use it for 14 days then stop, is that the proper way to do it?
Thanks

Hello Grace, it's been quite long since you last posted. InshaAllah all is well with you. How is nursing school going? Everything else? Are you still on soy?
On NPC, I don't know much, I have never used it myself, I can only direct you to this link: New & Improved NPC (Natural Progesterone Cream) Info!
Good luck with whatever you're upto.

Wantababy, you'll be fine inshaAllah sister. Those numbers are important, but it's not the numbers that determine the destiny of us and the babies in our wombs. I am praying for you, a lot of other sisters are praying for you honey. Please please don't be so harsh on yourself, it's not an easy thing to handle all that stress. You are very welcome to PM me if you need someone to talk to. It's around midnight here so I'll be off to bed in about an hour or so.

Just a couple of personals then an update on me...
Sarahsmom ~ I'm so happy that you all made it to Germany well. Thanks for the kudos on the 6 lbs gone. I was just gonna accept them but I am compelled to tell the truth. It's 6 lbs since January. *sigh* I guess I'm epitome of slow and steady. I'm actually thinking about joining the reserves when I finish my RN. Of course it'll mean I have to loose a ton of weight (almost literally). I was 120lbs when I was in the first time but now I'm a very very round 180!
Chips6 ~ I hope your visit with you mom and sister is going well. It's always exciting to see family.
Faithandhope ~ LOL! I knew there had to be a good explaination for why your baby was consistently 2 days behind. Wonderful to know that you baby is right on track.
Wantababy ~ I was going to say Congrats on getting in the program but after reading all the posts I guess that will change to Alhumdalilah!! I am soo happy for you that I am dancing in my chair!!

Hmm, how am I doing? Well I finished my finals yesterday and now have 11 days off until Chemistry starts on the 29th. I finished my juz this morning and had every intention of taking another one but lo and behold who appeared this afternoon? AF! And only 56 days since my last one! I am soo excited this is much better than 90 something days.
Now for a bit of a ! My sister, b-i-l and their 2 daughters moved up here in October at the insistance of our father as they had run into some financial difficulty. (My b-i-l is a real estate appraiser and business had pretty much dried up in AZ.) My step-mother had boarderline personality disorder so living with her can be a bit...difficult. Well in the past couple of months she has decided that my sister is the root of all her problems and has convinced out father to kick my sister and her family out! My sister and her husband have decided to return to AZ as they have nothing or noone to help them here. ( I would if I could but alas I am unable to) Now, actually just this morning, my step-mother asked me when I would be able to move out. The deal when I moved up here (as my fathers request) was that I would work and go to school and not have to pay anything. Now that has changed and I pay 1/4 of my weekly paycheck (every week) to them in rent. While her son pays nothing. Plus it has never been brought up that he should move out (he's 24 and have never lived on his own!). I keep going between being super angry and super sad. Once my sister and her family leave I won't have anyone here for me to lean on. My father has quite obviously chosen to side with his wife in regards to anything related to his daughters and that just soooo sad. Idk....maybe I'm just being super hormonal.

I am Insha'Allah embarking on a move to the midwest tomorrow.......life has been crazy with the pack up.
I have barely been able to even lurk recently.
Simone, it is so annoying! My grandpa did the same thing to my dad and uncles years ago before I was born. They had to move to other cities to continue their education because of their stepmother. Thanks to his wife, grandpa refused to support dad and uncles financially after high school (which is not the usual case here in Turkey). That step grandma has 7, yes SEVEN, children from her previous marriage and they were sponsored by my grandpa, their education, wedding expenses...etc. Again nothing was given to my dad and uncles. But as always there is some good in every bad. My dad has become the person he is now with the help of these incidences. He was able to stand on his own feet at a young age. He set up a whole new life away from those family politics. You wanna know what is more tragic? When grandpa got old and sick and needed care, my dad was there for him, paid for his healthcare expenses, operations, medicines... He was there next to him in his death bed. Sad...
