My 5th day on Inositol and...

AF is here!
After nearly 10 months of absence she's finally showed up!

At least I think she has, all I've had atm is cramps and brown spotting, which is how my last one started in August 2007.

Well, it was nice while it lasted, even if for a minute.

I'm going to try NPC next weekend..

Don't give up! My first one on inositol started out with spotting for a few days on and off... then lasted another 10 days with a light to medium flow.

Mark the spotting down and see what happens in the next few days. Don't give up yet! It can take 3-6 months for the inositol to get in your system and regulate it. I would say hold off on the progesterone cream!

I was so pleased when I saw it, then I've been checking it ever since and nothing, I thought it was starting to play games with me, lol.

But if it turns out to be a proper af then I'll be really pleased
