Unhappy My achiness returned off of Met

I went off of Met because I was gaining weight rapidly....roughly 9 pounds in 6 weeks, and I started out 20#s overweight already, so am now nearly 30# overweight. I had plateaud at 20#s overweight for 3 years, so it was SHOCKING to see 160 on the scale one morning!

Anyhow, I'm 3 days off the Met, down 3 #s, but the achiness returned this morning. I had terrible achiness in my legs before, and at the end of taking Met I noticed it had disappeared. Now a low-grade (nothing like as strong as before but it's only been 3 days) ache has returned.

Do you have this?

Do you know what this is from? Which lack or too much in my system could be causing this? Cause unfortunately I have to go at this using a different angle.

thanks
ama
