I've been on a diet...eating low carbs and I'm not getting that much acne...I pray it continues to get better through diet, I guess I have to take it one day at a time.

That's so great, mine is improving as well. Makes me so self conscious, feel like I'm a freshman in high school all over again!

I feel soooo self conscious too because of it...I've never had any acne problems up until I was 27 years old...it's only now getting better through diet and walking everyday...I don't mind getting one of two pimples, but my face was out of control because of PCOS
