Things arent going well and im scared he will leave. he said he's sick of my nagging and sick of my moods.

How do I stop nagging? i cant seem to help it these days, I never used to be like this!

If you eat right, exercise and take the right medications you won't be as bad. (Or at least I'm not anymore) My husband thinks my mood swings are funny I think. He does stuff specifically to set me off.

I'd try talking to him about PCOS and it being a medical condition. If he can't accept you the way you are, he isn't good enough for you in the long run.

I think I do the same thing, I'm so lucky DF is so patient with me. But I do think its pcos related, make sure your hormones are in check and try taking a good multivitamin that's helped a lot in just feeling more balanced.

I am looking after myself, i exercise, eat right, take my meds etc etc etc

Im just extremely frustrated because im not losing weight but i wish i knew how to stop nagging

Try counting to 5 before blurting out a nag. If you still feel the need after 5 seconds, then go ahead.

I guess it also depends on what you're nagging him about. If it's just little stuff, then maybe it could be ignored on your part (at least sometimes). If it's bigger things, then I don't know what to tell you!

I think that the counting is a good suggestion!
However, good bf or spouses are going to put up with our behavior both good and bad. The key is to not abuse it.

Do you consume caffine? I know when I do, I nag on my husband. We discovered this together. If I set in on him, he'll stop and look at me and say, "did you consume caffine today?".

Just a thought.

if u were gonna nag and say - i asked and asked and asked u to do the dishes u could say

if he still dont do what u ask nag till the sun goes down lol
