I'll confess also. I was bad at lunch - fried chicken, fries and a coke. Now I'll see if I regret it. I've been steady on 1000mg for a couple of weeks now, so my stomach is generally settled.

I guess I should consider myself pretty lucky. Even really oily things, such as the alfredo I mentioned the other day, usually only cause about 2 restroom trips (so it's worth it ). I've had terrible eating habits since I was a kid - I eat out almost everyday and unfortunately don't make responsible choices when eating out, or at home (I dislike almost all fruits and veggies) - I may have a stomach of steel! But I do go through phases where no matter what I eat (even trying to eat well) that I have to run to the restroom like 5-8x a day - usually this lasts for about 5 days.

well i guess since ive only been taking 1000mg per day i havent had any real stomach upset cuz i have been eating all the htings that you ladies stay away from....i do get the runs once a day but i fig that was from the met itself but i plan to pay attention to what i eat and see what foods cause what....but i have a suggestion for the ladies out there that might be total chocoholics like myself....its a little pricey but, SUGAR FREE GODIVA CHOCOLATE....if u wanna indulge without the sugar, at $3.50 a bar it is so worth it

OK Wow - I couldn't do this even before the meds! Fried chicken always turned my stomach. And I don't do soda... but man.... a good plate of fries!!!! Yummmm! I wonder what a whole grain french fry would look like!

I just took my first dose of met today, but I will be in trouble if I am going to get the tummy upsets etc, coz i took it with a big fat croissant with butter & jam... yeah, probably not a bright idea if it reacts badly to carbs!! wish I had've read here beforehand... oh, well, wait and see what happens!!
omg, i will lose a tonne of weight if I react badly to those foods mentioned by flowerchica, coz they are all foods I love (except I could pass on the lettuce - how weird is it that lettuce can do the same things...?!!)
and I will be absolutely devastated if I can't eat indian food again... I loooove it, and my dh & I even cook it at home maybe a couple of times a month... oh, how I will miss butter chicken, naan bread and pappadums if I have to say goodbye!! Uh-oh, I am starting to get some rumblings down below, oh please no!! as if we pcosers don't have enough to deal with, this is too unfair!! I sympathesise with all you cysters having to go through all this.... I will close my eyes and just try to think of the beautiful baby that might one day be waiting for me & dh at the end!!
luv to all my cysters!! I am so glad i found you!

Flowerchica-I now understand exactly what you meant when you said lettuce. ARGH! What is that about?! It's mostly water anyways AND it's a veggie! Such crap! (haha sorry for the pun!)
