Default my depression is depressing

I get really bad depression. Im on Wellbutrin xl 300mg a day, but I still just can't get out of what I guess you can call a phase of depression. I would really like for my dossage to go up or for my doctor to change my medicine but he says that since im 14 he thinks im at the right dossage for me. He says I havn't gave the medicine a chance to start working. But I really hate feeling like this.. Im not my usual self. I just want to sit and cry all the time. My friends tell me im acting wierd but I really ain't that open about my pcos, and even most of my close friends don't know. I can't put into words how I feel but I know it ain't right. I really wanna get back in the mood to do stuff and go places I feel like im wasting my summer feeling like crap...

I am so sorry you are feeling bad! I'm sure your doctor is trying to be cautious about the meds because of your age and the changes 14 year olds go through. Hopefully the wellbutrin will kick in and you will be feeling better soon!

(((Hugs)))

14 is a rough age...actually every age is a rough age and dealing with depression is difficult. I realize you must feel very strange because your friends aren't going through the same thing you are. How long have you been on the Wellbutrin? I really hope you feel better soon. If you need ANYTHING please PM me, I am always here to talk to. I was 14 (well it feels like a long time ago) but I also have a brother who is turning 14 and he has some issues as well, so I know what he is going through as well. Take Care.
