I am so thankful for my dog Shilo right now. I'm sitting here and she is just loving me to pieces. I come home and she loves me, I'm in a bad mood and she loves me, I look at her and she stares at me with those big beautiful brown eyes, like she's saying, it's going to be ok, I love you, just the way you are.
Sometimes I don't mind being single, when you have a dog who shows absolutely ultimate UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

I have my 2 "boys" and when I come home from a long day at work, all the stress just goes away when they meet me, tails going a thousand wags a minute and each with a toy in their mouths. You can tell them anything, they're always up for whatever it is you're doing and those eyes that say "yes, yes, I understand."
And you can tell them all your secrets and know not another living soul will ever know

Aww that is so sweet I look forward to seeing my 2 boys too! Actually during the day I make arrangements just to go homeand let them out on my lil lunch 1/2 hour! But it makes me day to see them happy becasue your right they love unconditionally!!!

Awwww he/she is precious I just heard that Sigourney Weaver is doing a show called "Why dogs laugh and chimpanzees cry". I just caught the end of it, but it looks great. It talked about how dogs truly show their emotions, and catch on to us humanoids.

Alfie-Jack is my 3 year old Jack Russell Terrier (he was 3 last week) and he's been with me since he was 8 weeks old!
I was at my lowest 5 weeks ago and he was the only reason I didn't take my own life or attempt to because I would just hate for him to be all alone....
My 2 furbabies are my life so i know how you feel. I couldnt imagine it without them. Not sure what i did before them. To come home to kidney beaning and mid-air kisses is the best thing in the world. They really now how to brighten up a persons day.
