I've been dealing with hairloss for a few years now and have come to believe there is no one cure but I do believe that all the little things we do can make a difference and at least slow down the shedding.

My regimine is as follows

I use Rogaine 2x daily
I wash my hair everyday with baby shampoo with a bottle of tea tree oil dumped in it.
I take a complex B vitamin everyday
I also take biotin supplements 2x daily
Evening Primrose oil 2x daily
Salmon oil 1 a day.
Also trying the essential oil treatment mentioned on this board.

My hairloss is mainly at the front and now starting at the back. It's noticeable to me but it's not THAT bad. I don't think I lose hair abnormally anymore. But what I lost never seemed to really grow back.I also try to keep my carbs on the low side. And I've just ordered Toppix which I'm really excited about as it seems to cover the loss amazingly well.
