Thumbs up My first month on NPC Rave (not TTC)

I have to tell you all I'm SO happy I found this board. I'm getting misty eyed over how much help everyone (props to Emmanuelle) gave my questions and steered me in the right direction.

I just started my period last night--I wasn't sure it was even coming because of the lack of my PMS symptoms. Usually my BB would be so sore I couldn't even sleep on my stomach (my usual position), I'd be weepy, craving and binging on sugar and chocolate. And if I was lucky my cramps didn't require a narcotic to get me through the first few days.

I began NPC 2 x per day, using 30-40 grams each application, on CD 5. I use Progestacare pump and KAL brand the first few days while I waited for it to arrive. Around when I should ovulate I had very good CM. And while not TTC, it was starting to get old to have to reach for a lubricant every time for intimacy. That isn't right when I'm only 33 and do LIKE my DH. I've felt like depression has lifted and I was able to start successfully with NO cravings whatsoever on Atkins Induction while I had PMS. I've never been able to do that before.

It's been 24 hours since I started, and I've been active, out and about, playing with my kids and cleaning the kitchen. I barely noticed I'm even having AF. That is a bonifide miracle for me, who usually would spend the day in bed, in fetal position sobbing, or if I was lucky dragging myself around and barely able to function!!!

NPC was the only thing I've added regularly this month, and I felt an improvement from the second day on it, so I'm attributing this to it and plan to keep using it for a shut down until Jan. then days 14-28. I'm SO grateful I found this.
