He asked me I was still on Metformin...I told him, nope, because I'm allergic to it...then he asked, well, "what medications are you on?" I told him, I'm not on any...he then asked, "well, how did you get your insulin to come down from 29 to 14?" I told him losing weight, low carbs, no sugars...drinking only water. He just looked at me in shock...I told him do you think this is helping me and that all my other numbers should keep coming down, he told me definitely, they'll start coming down. He didn't even recommend that I go on any insulin drugs...he's re-running my labs again. I definitely believe that low carbs and no sugars are going to help me get PG one day

I f u don't mind me asking?? so you aren't using any sugar?? and not drinking anything else except for water right?? i'm just asking for i'm also trying to get rid of some of my weight!!!
