This last 6 months my hair loss is much more noticable. After I take a shower it comes out by the handfull i'm scared soon I wont have any hair left. Please someone help what can I do?? I have been using the nioxin shampoo but it doesn't seem to help.

My hair loss didn't stop until I started taking Flutamide. It works on the DHT part of Testosterone. Have you had your levels checked? I experienced devastating cycles of hair loss for 20+ years. For the first time ever I am experiencing regrowth. I hope that you find something that will work for you.

Nioxin works for some but not all. A lot of people have had no success on it. If it's not helping you, I'd say nix it because it's so expensive.
Have you tried Nizoral? Is your hair oily? This could help reduce the shed, it has helped many of us.
Have you had your hormones checked? What do your testosterone and dheas levels look like? If these are elevated then they can be treated and this could help too.

have you tried any cosmetic options, such as Dermmatch, Kerasome, or Fullmore? I don't leave the house without using Dermmatch.

**8/13/07 HB at doctor's office
**8/28/07 HB on home Doppler approximately 155 bpm!
**10/19/07 Ultrasound looked good, quad tests came back negative! (Baby's gender is a surprise!)
