Nioxin works for some but not all. A lot of people have had no success on it. If it's not helping you, I'd say nix it because it's so expensive.
Have you tried Nizoral? Is your hair oily? This could help reduce the shed, it has helped many of us.
Have you had your hormones checked? What do your testosterone and dheas levels look like? If these are elevated then they can be treated and this could help too.
have you tried any cosmetic options, such as Dermmatch, Kerasome, or Fullmore? I don't leave the house without using Dermmatch.
