and brittle and when it falls it falls. At my desk at work i have short pieces that seem to have broken off and long pieces. Is this a side effect of PCOS?

Have you changed your diet recently? Even when my hair was thin, usually dry was related to what I was (or wasn't eating). I have also found that the John Frieda Color Glaze products, combined with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner do a good job.
