since being diagnosed i have jumped on and fallen off the healthy eating and exercise bandwagon.

but it seems i am back on track with healthy eating and exercise, i have been running with the dog the last few nights. and only have low gi carbs but no carbs after lunchtime, also eating my biggest meal midday and a lighter meal in the eveing

i have decided to stop spiro...was only on 25mg a day anyway have been on it for a few months but as i take anti d and metformin i felt that i was taking to many tablets, also my main hair concern is my face and the vaniqa plus other local measures seems to be keeping it under control so i dont feel the need for spiro yet as i managed the other areas ok.

i am feeling quite positive about finaly getting to grips with this pcos, and hoping that the next few months sees some changes for the better.
