DAY 1!!!! I WOKE UP FEELING BLOATED WITH A MAJOR HEADACHE. BLAH.
TOOK MY F IRST 4 INSULITE PILLS WITH BREAKFAST... HAD A YOGURT (6 PROTEIN 26 CARB) AND PROTEIN BAR... (5 CARB, 36 PROTEIN) SINCE INSULITE WANTS U TO HAVE 50% OR MORE PROTEIN WITH EVERY MEAL AND 80-100 NET CARBS A DAY....
TOOK MY OTHER 8 PILLS MID MORNING. WANTED TO BE SICK. SOOO NAESEAUS. A WHILE LATER I FELT DAMN FUNNY. LIKE HIGH ON SOMETHING LOL.
LUNCH. PROTEIN BAR (36/5)
ANOTHER 8 PILLS...
DINNER...CHICKEN BREAST AND SALAD. UNLIMITED PROTEIN AND GREENS ON THIS I LIKE THAT!!! AND MY OTHER 4 PILLS WITH FOOD.
UGH SO I DRANK ALOT OF WATER TO OFFSET THE NAUSEA....BY END OF DAY I FELT LIKE I WAS GONNA PASS OUT ABOUT 5 TIMES.....FEEL BETTER NOW THAT IM HOME AND RELAXING AND ATE DINNER...FOOD SEEMS TO HELP THE NAUSEA....STILL FEEL DETACHED IN THE HEAD ALL DAY...BUT LESS BLOATED...PEED ALOT TODAY....STOMACH GASY N BUBBLY FROM FIBER PILLS IN THE MIX OF INSULITE....THIS WIL TAKE SOME GETTING USED TOO!!
WEIGHED MYSELF THIS MORNING AND WILL AGAIN AT END OF DAY 7.
I REALLY HOPE THIS WORKS!!!!!!!! I HAD A BREAKDOWN LAST NIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING SO I HOPE THIS WORKS. THIS IS SO HARD.

STILL HAVETA HAVE DINNER AND FINISH THE SUPPLEMENTS.
HAVE HAD ALOT OF BOWEL MOVEMENTS IN LAST 2 DAYS. GUESS FROM THE INSULITE FIBER PILLS SINCE IM NORMALLY 1X A WEEK AND CONSTIPATED.
PEEING ALOT STILLL VERYYYYY THIRSTY ALL DAY LONG. IVE DRANK A HUGE BOTTLE OF EVIAN ALREADY......HOPEFULLY I CAN GET ON THE TREADMILL TONIGHT AFTER GROCERY SHOPPING. I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO EAT MORE FOOD ON THIS PLAN.. NEED MORE VEGGIES AND PROTEIN AND MAYBE A PIECE OF FRUIT...
I WILL SAY DAY 2 IS BETTER THAN DAY 1.

end of day 2: followed plan great..... had alot of salad greens and grilled chicken....discovered that premade salads at wawa ect have too much fat in them. will make homemade for now on....

Anyway Slept Heavy Last Night. Overslept This Morning.....woke Up Headache And Nose Bleed Again. Bloated. Complexion Dull/greasy..looks "muddy"...all Day Long Today Was Overly Tired/fatigued. Ended Up Napping Later In Day.
So I Drank Some Water. Had My Insulx And Rejuvenx Pills With Breakfast Umm Egg Whites, Piece Of Canadian Bacon...
Mid Morning Had My 6 Fiberx Pills And 2 Pcos Supp From Insulite. Protein Bar
Lunch Lean Beef On Salad Greens, Green Pepper, Tomatoe, Onion, Salsa, Some Low Fat Cheese.
Mid Afternoon 6 Fiberx And 2 Pcos Pills
Dinner Another Low Carb Beef Taco Salad. 2 Insulx And Rejuvenx
Been Gasy All Day. Feel Tired As Can Be. Very Thirsty. Peeing More Than Yesterday. Just Achy Achy Achy Tired!!!! Headaches.. Bah. Diet Soda Seems To Help A Little But Fades Off....more Bowel Movements. Geez This Stuff Lol. And Ummm Just I Dunno Its A Rough Day. Im In A Lot Of Pain From My Endometriosis And Cysts..
These Supplements Are Making Me Feel Very Sick And Tired.....took My Disability From Work Early.. 10 Days... Early...for My Surgery... So Concentrate On This. Maybe Im In Carb Withdrawl?? I Dunno
But My Weight Went Up 4 Lbs. Bah!!
Just Stickin It Out. U Need To Take This Stuff At Least 1 Month To Evalute The Media Says,.....so Lets See......just Hanging In There.

I just started them last night...but I wonder if you split up the pills you would have an easier time. According the the FAQ on the website, you should take them this way:
1/2 hour before breakfast:
PCOS + - 2 caps
With breakfast:
InsulX - 2 caps and RejuvenX - 2 caps
Between breakfast and lunch:
GlucX - 6 caps
With Lunch:
InsulX - 2 caps and RejuvenX - 2 caps
Between lunch and dinner:
PCOS + - 2 caps
After dinner/before bed:
GlucX - 6 caps
If you forget to take any of the supplements with breakfast or lunch, you can take that dose with dinner.

update for day 4... crashed at night...lol cheated. had bad cravings today. so i ate some fat free pretzels... and umm cant do that on this pills..they went right through me.. BLAH FYI insulite girls. dont go eatin more carbs than u should. bahhhh

Im Gonna Stay On Track 100% Today And Do Some Exercise. At Least An Hour.

bah try to stay on track but the carb cravings kick in bad... had a few more of those pretzels. well they gone so bah to that. lol i tried to eat veggies to offset the carb craving but nothing did it. only a handful of pretzels...
so snack 1:: veggies and pretzels 8 pills
lunch: mocha ricotta creme again.. had to fill that sweet tooth
dinner:: chicken and salad. pills

so now ive realized that the first week too many cravings today and yesterday.... i did better today staying away from em...the best could......now i have more energy today.... a burst of it which is nice. but still emotional and the lethargy and fatigue kicks in and out all day....
so day 6... today was hard. painful...tired. felt sick and pass outy all day long. blah. been sleeping alot as usual..noticed that with my pcos and since im out on disability till dec..i have moretime to sleep and i do.. bah.

veggies for lunch
fell asleep here...

i feel awful today and very emotional and snippy. my boyfirend wont even stay in the same room as me.. ifeel awful... =0(
