Default My life has been stolen from me!

I hate this PCOS. I get so depressed. I have seen a dozen doctors. There is no cure. I do all the right things-exercise, take meds, vitamins, go to counseling, low carb.......It reeks havoc on my moods! My life has been stolen from me. I have glimses of light only for them to be taken away. I cry out for relief and there is none. I can not go to one more stinkin doctor. I feel like a hypochondriac (sp?). I just need some relief and I have to live with it.

PCOS can be really hard to deal with everyday but you can get through it. I have been going through a lot of medical tests lately and I feel like a hypochondriac too. Try to just keep doing the right things for you and hopefully things will get better. Keep taking care of yourself
you are worth it

Patti, I hear you pain. I'm sorry. Big Hugs. You take gluc? Don't go too low on carbs as it can back fire and put you into a hypoglycemic attack. You might try a piece of fruit when you are really feeling bad and see if that helps when you feel that mood coming on.
I sure undestand the hypochoncriac feeling. I have Fibromyalgia and Chroic Fatigue Syndrome. Even though they are finding a gene that shows this is a disease, many Dr.'s, including my own who isn't my Dr anymore, feel it is nothing more than a "waste basket" syndrome that is used for people who are depressed
Just remember you are not a hypchondriac, you have a very real disease that is not that easily fixed and that can manifest itself in many different areas of your body.
Hugs, Lendi
